For the DIY couple planning their special day, Includes unlimited email access, email assistance with wedding day timeline preparation, email assistance with Etiquette and stationery preparation, email assistance with budget management.
Day Of Event Management–
Event Planner will act as Event Coordinator
on the scheduled day of event. ( requires mandatory consultation and
Month of Service–
Includes Event planner confirming vendors, assist with rehearsal, creating a wedding day timeline and handling wedding day details from start to finish. Includes 3 hr Consultation.
Wedding Consulting Package–
Event Planner will recommend venues and vendors, coordinate vendors, provides advice on colors and styles, assist with rehearsal, ceremony and reception etiquette and assist couple on budget management. Event Planner will provide itinerary for
scheduled event and act as Event Coordinator on day of scheduled event .
“The Platinum” Planning Package-
Event Planner will assist couple with all aspects of planning their wedding. Event Planner will assist in color selections, recommend vendors, assist couple in vendor selection, manage contracts, coordinate all vendor appointments, attend selected appointments with Brides, assist with tastings, assist with rehearsals, and create a “wedding day” itinerary for the Bridal Party. Event Planner will also manage RSVPs and develop seating chart with the couple. Event Planner will act as Event Coordinator for scheduled day of events and ensure that all logistical coordination for event are handled. Includes unlimited Consultations and itinerary for set date event.
Off Season Weddings will discounted at 15%
(Off Season Dates are from November to March)
Bridal À la Carte Services
Event Coordinator will meet with potential brides and discuss proper etiquette for wedding ceremonies and receptions. Event Coordinator will oversee rehearsals for client to ensure proper etiquette is followed for event.
Event Coordinator will develop an itinerary for your event based on information provided by client and scheduled vendors for wedding. Event Coordinator will coordinate and verify arrival times of all vendors. Itineraries come in single-day or multi-day format. Completed Itineraries will be provided to client 30 days prior to scheduled event.
Event Coordinator will research vendors for your event and
provide pricing information in a detailed format for your convenience.
Event Coordinator will manage invitations and guest list based on information provided by the client. Invitations will be mailed in client provided stationery and completed list will be provided to client.
Event Coordinator will handle RSVPs for clients based on information provided. A detailed RSVP listing will be provided to client 30 days prior to set date for event.
Event Coordinator will develop a seating chart and place cards based on venue location and guest information provided by client. Seating Chart will be provided to client 30 days prior to scheduled event.
