The Quinceañera Design package includes designing your special day and implementing your chosen design concept at your chosen venue. Event Planner will create a unique design concept and design chosen venue.
Service includes a designed color coordinated buffet for your Quinceañera. Starting price is for up to 150 guests. Final price is determined on total guest count. Each design concept will be specific to your Quinceañera.
Event Planner will act as Event Coordinator on the scheduled day of event. (Requires mandatory consultation and vendor contracts a minimum of 2 weeks prior to scheduled event.)
Includes confirmation of vendors, coordinating timelines for vendors for event day assisting with rehearsals, creating a Quinceañera day timeline for family and handling event day details from start to finish. Includes 3 hr consultation.
Includes recommendation of venues and vendors, coordinating vendors, providing advice on colors and styles, assisting with rehearsal, ceremony and party etiquette and assist family on budget management. A detailed itinerary for scheduled event and Event Coordinator will be provided on day of scheduled event.
Includes assisting with all aspects of planning this special life event. Event Planner will assist in color selections, create design concept, recommend vendors, assist in vendor selection, manage contracts, coordinate all vendor appointments, assist with tastings, assist with rehearsals, and create a “Quinceañera” itinerary for this special day. Event Planner will also manage RSVPs and develop seating chart. Event Planner will act as Event Coordinator for scheduled day of events and ensure that all logistical coordination for event are handled. Includes unlimited Consultations and itinerary for set date event.
Quinceañera A La Carte and Package Add On Services
Service includes a detailed itinerary for client’s event based on information provided by the client and scheduled vendors for wedding. Coordination and verification of arrival times of all vendors will be provided for itineraries. Itineraries come in single-day or multi‐day format. Completed Itineraries will be provided to client 30 days prior to scheduled event.
Service includes research of vendors for proposed event, along with vendor pricing information in a detailed format for client’s convenience.
Service includes management of invitations and guest list based on information provided by the client. Invitations will be mailed in stationery provided by the client and completed guest list will be provided to client.
Service Includes management of RSVPs for clients based on information provided. A detailed RSVP listing will be provided to client 30 days prior to set date for event. (Completed list times may vary based on received RSVPs)
Service includes a detailed seating chart based on venue location and guest information provided by client. Seating Chart will be provided to client 30 days prior to scheduled event. (Completed list times may vary based on received RSVPs)
